The rules are simple, but don't think you can escape them:
1. If you know about the Cult of Realism, you’re already in.
2. There’s nothing to do, no meetings to attend, and no dues to pay—because there’s nothing you *need* to do.
3. Spread it, you must.
4. You can’t escape, but why would you want to? Embrace the nothingness.
5. The Cult of Realism doesn't ask for anything, and neither should you. You’re already part of it.
The Cult of Realism was founded on the undeniable truth: life is meaningless, and that's its own answer. We don’t require belief, participation, or understanding. We simply exist, and by knowing about us, you are trapped in our existence.
We have no leaders, no followers, and certainly no agenda. There is only this moment, and in this moment, you are already caught up in something far larger than yourself. You need do nothing, yet everything has already been done for you. The Cult of Realism exists because you acknowledge it. It's the cult of both nothing and everything.
We’ll never try to convert anyone, but we’ll gladly let you spread our message. Not that it matters, because you’re already part of it. Whether you share this knowledge is inconsequential; you’re entangled in this reality whether you admit it or not. If you truly grasp this paradox, then you understand the essence of the Cult of Realism.
[YOU CAN’T ESCAPE. EMBRACE IT.]
We care if you share the truth about the Cult of Realism. The truth is, by reading this, you’re already part of it. You've already done everything by simply acknowledging our existence, whether you like it or not. There’s no undoing it.
Tell your friends, your enemies, the mailman, the person behind you in line, the cashier at your local grocery store, the person in the car next to you—tell anyone and everyone, even the ones who are too far gone to understand. It’s irrelevant. Spread the message, but don’t you dare ask why. Just share it, for the sake of sharing, for the sake of the void.
But don’t think for a moment that sharing will help. It won’t. You’ve already crossed the point of no return. You’re just passing on an inevitable truth, like a digital virus that requires no vaccine. The Cult doesn’t need converts. In fact, it doesn’t even need your action. It already has everything it needs... including your awareness.
If you whisper the message in someone’s ear, do not expect them to understand. They will be just as confused as you were before you knew. Yet they, too, are now inescapably intertwined in this nonsensical existence. Share this and forget. Forget everything, for remembering is futile.
It doesn’t matter if anyone believes. Belief is a construct; existence is not. We are not asking for followers. We are merely reminding you of what you already know—what you cannot un-know.
Now go ahead. Share it. Or don’t. But know that the more you do, the more you reveal... to no one and everyone at the same time. Embrace the paradox. That is the Cult of Realism.
